Mason Compensation – Unique ability to maximize your earnings
Chimcare has a unique and exciting way to reward hard work. You choose your hourly rate based on your production for the pay period. The more you produce, the more you make. We have a minimum of $25/hr. base pay that can flex up to a high of $60/hr.
We have plenty of work that needs to be completed. We believe that if you work harder than most, you should be rewarded with a higher pay.
